During
the month of December 2007, the Kunta Kinte-Alex Haley Foundation
is running a new online limited campaign with the goal of
reaching $3,000 in donations in just thirty days. In partnership
with ChipIn and PayPal, we have set up an online donation
capability which provides all our of friends and supporters

The
Kunta Kinte-Alex Haley Foundation is a 501(c)3
non-profit organization dedicated to keeping Alex Haley's
Roots messages alive. Contributions made to the Foundation
are tax exempt.
Through your direct monetary support, combined with the
support of others from around the world, your contribution
helps: to further the public awareness of the importance
of family and genealogy as a basis for generating pride
in one's culture and heritage to provide educational and
cultural programs which make people aware, both nationally
and internationally, of the messages of Roots to
foster efforts to promote a climate of reconciliation and
healing from American slavery and other human tragedies;
to preserve and promote a greater awareness of African-American
history and culture.
